Healthy recipes, wellness tips, and ideas to help good food and fitness habits finally stick. These things are “normal” to us in the same crazy world you live in. My 17 year old daughter, Miranda, and I can get pretty scrappy, and are committed to doing whatever it takes to get you back on track.

Here’s a little bit about us:

We love good food, talking about food, trying new food, and eating out. (Did I mention I love talking about food?)

I struggle with exercising regularly, but have tips for busy people.

Miranda eats healthy as a high school student.

My husband and I eat healthy  EVEN when we

  • Leave the house at 7:00 a.m. and get home at 10:00 p.m.
  • Go on road trips.
  • Go to pot lucks.
  • Attend banquets, seminars, and business lunch meetings.
  • Eat out at restaurants other people pick out — who don’t eat like we do.
